Program Fees
The Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc. fees for the
Intra Oral Dental Assisting Level I and II Program are as follows:
Tuition Fees
$16,490.00Full time program: Monday to Friday
Course length: 10 months
Additional Fees:
Books: $1,500.00
Expendable Materials $1,360.00
Uniforms and Equipment $165.00
Insurance $250.00
Equipment Rental Fees: $750.00
Total $20,515.00
International Student Fee $5000 (if applicable)
*Book fees may be subject to change due to price increases by book publishers.
Tuition Information
Additional fees can only be made by certified cheque, bank draft and / or money order. Monthly tuition payments will be made by post-dated personal cheques.
Transportation fees are the responsibility of the student.
The cost of uniforms is included in the addtiional fees. This includes: One golf shirt, one set of scrubs, and one lab coat. Black dress pants, black shoes and white running shoes are the responsibility of the student.
Clinical insurance fees are paid to the insurance provider in advance as per their policy and are non-refundable.

Total cost of the program is $20,515.00 (10 months).
The average monthly fee is approximately $2,050/month.
Note: The fees are calculated for each educational day, so some payments may fluctuate slightly from month to month.

Intra Oral Dental Assisting Level I and II is a respected profession and banks may offer financial assistance knowing that the loan will be repaid. We work with several financial institutions and can help you arrange financing.

The Lifelong Learning Plan
The Canada Revenue Agency Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP): http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/rrsp-reer/llp-reep/menu-eng.html allows you to withdraw funds from your RRSP's to finance your education. You can also withdraw funding from your spouse or common law partner's LLP. Limits are $10,000 per year to a maximum of $20,000.
Registered Education Savings Plan

Employment Ontario
The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) in Ontario administers programs that helps people who are unemployed and want to get back into the workforce. There is limited funding but you may qualify. Please visit http://www.tcu.gov.on.ca/eng/employmentontario/ for more information.
